Captain Peter Munteanu was raised in Coral Gables and has been fishing the South Florida waters and Bahamas for 35+ years. He holds a USCG 100 ton masters license. Whether you are young or old, a novice or veteran angler Captain Pete will "put you on the fish" and make your fishing experience on The Wild Life a memorable one.
The Boat
The charter boat for a true deep sea fishing experience is Miami’s Wild Life. The Wild Life is a custom 45' Hatteras Sportfisher. We use top of the line Penn and Shimano fishing reels and custom built Leeward fishing rods. The Wild Life has Furuno electronics, TV/DVD and stereo. It has a fully air conditioned cabin and clean bathrooms. We specialize in kite fishing and other live bait tactics. Charters depart daily from our charter dock in Crandon Marina on Key Biscayne.
